How to Get Your Most Satisfying Photos? Want a Specific Shot?
You can view the photos directly during the session. Please show reference images to the photographer or explain your specific ideas clearly (as everyone has different preferences, the photographer might find it hard to understand your vision if you don’t communicate it at that moment), such as:
– How you want to pose, or which angle of your face you prefer.
– What kind of outfit style you envision: formal, casual, or youthful.
– Desired skin tone: bright white or natural.
– Lighting style: bright and fresh, or dark and edgy.
– Whether you want evenly lit face or half light/half shadow.
– If you need CV/Visa photos: half-body or full-body.
– Whether you want sharp focus from head to toe or a blurred background (bokeh).
– If you feel stiff, try smiling, winking, expressing facial emotions, or tilting your head.
Please note: Gau (the studio/photographer) will not be able to address feedback on the photo set after the session, as you would have been consulted and viewed the photos immediately during the shoot. Your input and communication with the photographer during the session will determine the final outcome of that day’s photos. If you desire the most meticulous and high-end photo set, please book the High-End 2.999.000vnđ package for more detailed shooting time and precise posing instructions.
PHOTO EDITING & RETOUCHING POLICY
To ensure the best quality and a smooth workflow, please review our editing guidelines:
1. Original Files (Complimentary Basic Edit)
After the shoot, we will send you all the original photos. As a complimentary service, all original files will automatically undergo basic acne removal and skin smoothing. Please review these and send us the specific file names of the photos you select for advanced retouching (based on your package or extra purchases).
2. Advanced Retouching (For Selected/Purchased Photos Only)
Includes: Detailed skin retouching, body/face proportion adjustments (body slimming), minor outfit fixes, and professional color grading.
Excludes: Background replacement, adding/removing complex objects, or altering facial structures beyond reality.
3. Digital Art & AI Compositing (For Fantasy/Complex Backgrounds)
Draft Phase: We will send rough drafts (generated via AI/Photoshop) for you to approve the layout, background, and lighting direction. This is not the final product. Once you approve a layout, we will proceed with the final detailed retouching.
Unique Artworks: Because AI and Photoshop adapt to your actual pose, lighting, and outfit, your final photo is a unique piece of art. It will capture the “vibe” but will not be a 100% exact copy of our sample images.
4. Revision Guidelines (Max 2 Free Rounds for Retouched Photos)
For your selected advanced retouched photos, we offer up to 02 free rounds of revisions, subject to the following rules:
Consolidate Your Feedback: Please combine ALL your editing requests into one single message/list per round. We do not accept scattered requests over multiple messages.
Be Specific: We cannot process vague feedback (e.g., “make it look better”, “something feels off”). Please state exactly what you need (e.g., “slim the arms,” “brighten the face”).
No Changing Concepts: Once a draft layout is approved, or if you request an edit and later change your mind to revert it, extra charges will apply.
Extra Fees: Any revisions from the 3rd round onward, or requests for a completely new background/concept, will incur additional post-production fees.
